  We are actually in desperate need of a plumber. Toilets backed up. We thought we arranged for appointment for next service but it seems we did not receive a phone call that they were not able to come. I feel that since we are summer occupants of Belfast our needs and home issues (a reoccurring) issue with the town septic line) are not a priority. Disappointing that they are not willing to work for us.

  I can't rate the plumbing, because it never happened. A plumber came to look at the project, saying he would get right back to me with an estimate. 2 and a half months later, I have called eight times, and have still gotten no response. Save yourself the time and money. I learned how to do the plumbing, finished the project myself, and they still haven't called me back. This place is incredibly unprofessional.
